Legal Notice: Transition of RiskWise Sales and Support in Indonesia
Effective Date: 11 September 2025
The TWI Group confirms that, as of 11 September 2025,
PT Teknologi Weldim Indonesia (PT Weldim) is no longer authorised
to sell, license, or support the RiskWise™ software products on behalf of
TWI or any member of the TWI Group.
All RiskWise-related activities, including but not limited to new sales, renewals,
support, and maintenance contracts, will henceforth be managed exclusively by
TWI Services Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Liability Disclaimer:
PT Weldim’s previous involvement in the marketing and implementation of RiskWise
was conducted under a now-terminated service arrangement with TWI Ltd. While efforts
have been made to ensure a smooth transition, TWI Ltd and its affiliates accept no
liability for any representations, warranties, obligations, or performance issues
related to RiskWise that may arise from agreements made directly between PT Weldim
and third parties, unless such agreements were formally approved or executed by
TWI Ltd or TWI Services Sdn Bhd.
Customers or partners with existing agreements or ongoing discussions with PT Weldim
regarding RiskWise are encouraged to contact TWI Services Sdn Bhd to verify
authorisation and ensure continued compliance with our licensing terms.
