TWI will provide support via phone and email in the use and application of its software during normal UK business hours. Responses to all requests for support will be provided by phone or email within 24 working hours. Any problems identified will be addressed as soon as possible.
The first 12 months software support and maintenance is included when the product is first purchased; subsequent years are payable in advance thereafter. Software support and maintenance is not mandatory but if you choose not to renew annually, a re-joining fee, equal to double the annual fee, will be charged.
