The TWI Software Support and Maintenance agreement entitles the users to the latest “point” releases of the purchased software (including bug fixes, enhancements and code rule updates where applicable).
TWI will provide support via phone and email in the use and application of its [welding] software during normal UK business hours.
Responses to all requests for support will be provide by phone or email within 24 working hours. Any problems identified will be addressed as soon as possible.
The first 12 months Software Support and Maintenance is included when the product is first purchased, and subsequent years are payable in advance after this. Software Support and Maintenance is not mandatory but if a customer does not pay annually, a fee equal to double the annual fee applies to rejoin the Software Support and Maintenance scheme.
